The Contact Hub

We are located in The Parravicino Complex, Hastings Main Road, Christ Church, which is often referred to as the Virgin Atlantic Building. This modern office suite is situated in a desirable area of the South Coast on Hwy 7, with bus stops conveniently located outside its doors. Also in close proximity, are shopping areas, banks, restaurants, the boardwalk and beautiful beaches. Our air conditioned first floor office suite includes a large open office area, where our contact center stations are based.

          Seandette Wiltshire

          Director of Strategy & Operations

          Seandette has over 25 yrs of business experience, focused on Marketing and Marketing Operations. With an MSc in International Marketing & Entrepreneurship from the University of Essex in the United Kingdom, Seandette has spent the last 10 years working with companies such as SAP, Oracle, Athena HealthCare, AIG, BAI, HP, Lenovo, Adobe, SalesForce, IBM Software and others in her executive management role with MarketOne International’s Barbados Office.

          Seandette brings over 20 years of international marketing experience as a senior marketing operations executive with global responsibilities, working with some of the largest IT, Pharmaceutical, BioTech, Retail, Manufacturing and FMCG companies in the world. She has advised senior executives from these Fortune 500 companies on Demand Generation in areas such as Lead Generation, Performance Management, Go-To-Market Strategy, Multichannel Campaign Strategy, Forecasting, Conversion Acceleration, Events and Market Research. A true metrics-driven strategic thinker, ensuring each project exceeds ROI expectations.


          Paul Surrey

          General Manager

          Paul handles the day-to-day operations and administration of the company. He has worked for over 35 years in various industries including telecoms, business communications, transportation and pharmaceuticals in sales, marketing and administrative management roles.

          Paul gained a broad range of experience working with large multinationals and smaller regional businesses in the Caribbean and the United Kingdom, including 3M UK PLC, Toshiba and Kyocera Mita.

          Paul believes that good communication, doing what you say you will, on time and in good order, has been at the heart of his success and he has resolved to continue this focus for The Contact Hub’s customers.
